The purpose of Wednesday night worship is to provide a place for young Christians to worship the Lord and hear from God's Word, all the while feeling comfortable to bring their unbelieving friends. The puropose of discussion groups is to provide depth through relationships. This is where we get small on Wednesday nights. Leadership Development is defferent from all of these on a number of levels.

There is a higher level of accountability for Student Leaders and greater expectations when in comes to studying God's Word, studying topics in connection with the Christian life, maintaining spiritual disciplines, and serving within their giftedness. Student Leaders are encouraged to meet weekly in groups of 3 or 4 for the purpose of accountability and Bible study. We will meet as an entire Leadership Team every second and fourth Thursday of the month where we will fellowship as a whole as well as discuss what we have read in our Passages Journal.
